    Seussical Junior
    May 1, 3pm
    The perfect musical for the whole family, Seussical takes us into the world of Dr. Seuss, to revisit beloved characters including The Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and JoJo. We travel along with them as they face challenges and adversity. Seussical teaches us the value about being unique and the importance of fighting for your beliefs. Tickets are $5 each, or you can take advantage of the family package: 2 adult and up to 3 children's tickets for only $15. Please make reservations at www.hobarthightheatre@gmail.com.

    College Application Bootcamp
    for HHS Juniors
    There will be a special program offered for Juniors who are motivated to get their college applications submitted this summer. Students will get hands-on help with every aspect of the application process from researching colleges to actually submitting finished applications. There is no fee for the program but students must commit to attending all 3 sessions. They will also receive their Chromebook to have during the summer.     Nancy Snider Memorial Blood Drive
    Wednesday May 18
    The second annual Blood Drive Challenge in honor of Nancy Snider will take place between the hours of 8am-7:30pm in the HHS Fieldhouse. Hobart will once again take on the City of Hammond in a friendly competition to generate the most blood for the Red Cross.   • Football Meeting
    Meet the Coaches
    Sunday April 17: 4pm
    Parents of next year's 9th-12th grade football players are invited to attend an informational meeting. Important schedules, dates and information for next year will be distributed. Parents will also have a chance to talk with the coaches. Those attending should turn at the light and enter Door 21.

  • Job Fair
    All Test & Career Day at HHS
    Tues April 12
    Underclassmen will test all day; seniors will attend workforce & career readiness sessions and a job fair. All students will dismiss at 1:15pm. Seniors should dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes. Underclass students may stay for the job fair after school dismisses, but there will not be bus service available.
    Community members are welcome to attend the job fair between the hours of 2-4pm in the HHS Fieldhouse.

    The Hobart Chamber of Commerce & the SCOH Educational Foundation are proud to sponsor the 23rd Annual Outstanding Educator Awards. These awards will recognize educators from the elementary, middle and high school levels who have made exceptional contributions and exemplary commitment to their profession and students.  The deadline for nominations is April 15th.
