Welcome to our fifth grade classroom!  Here's a little bit about me, Erin Ciesielski.  I was born and raised in Hobart.  I went to Liberty Elementary School and continued to succeed through Hobart Middle School and Hobart High School.  After high school graduation, I attended Purdue University North Central.  With a few years of hard work, I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  All within the Joan Martin Elementary School, I completed my student teaching in fifth grade, move quickly into teaching 3rd grade for a short while, and then landed back here in fifth grade!  This will be my 5th complete year teaching...and I love it!  My husband, Christopher, is a Hobart police officer who is also a Hobart graduate.  Him and I spend a lot of time with our English Mastiff, James.  I love being creative, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family.
