Students and their parents looking for help completing the FAFSA are encouraged to attend one of these workshops. ISM College Planning Team Members will be at Hobart High School to help families complete the FAFSA on the Web or answer any questions you may have! 1 day but 2 sessions - come to whichever is more convenient for you!

The Go For Launch! program is a 3-day program for High School students that uses Space Exploration as a platform to launch student involvement. Students will work in teams on collaborative activities adn define and design their own space experiement that, if deemed the overall winner, will be launched into space! This is a unique experience that will give your high school student the tools and skills that can lead to success in any venture that requires imagination, leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills. Each year, the IDOE recognizes schools that perform in the upper 25th percentile of schools in performance on ISTEP+ and ECA state exams, as well as their rating determined by the national No Child Left Behind statute's Adequate Yearly Progress. These schools make the 2016 Four Star List. This year we are PROUD to announce the our wonderful LIBERTY ELEMENTARY made the list! Free college and scholarships!
21st Century Scholars is program offering free college education to schools in thet state of Indiana. This program is available to any student on a free or reduced lunch program. Students can start to apply in 7th grade & anytime in 8th grade. The deadline is June 30th of their 8th grade year. For more information and to apply click here.

Starting in the Fall of 2015, incoming 6th Graders can participate in a string orchestra conducted by Mr. Brian Grenier. Hobart is excited to be introducing this new program! The campaign supports local students and communities with a variety of helpful resources, including online tools, age-specific checklists, special events, student contests.
